Gift Card Terms of Use

We appreciate your support and loyalty. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Wingside Gift Card (“Gift Card”) issued by Wingside Foods Limited (“Wingside,” “we,” or “us”).

By purchasing, accepting, or using the Wingside Gift Card, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Kindly read them carefully.

  1. Activation of Card:
    • Gift cards must be activated before use.
    • To activate the card, please visit any of our participating stores or call our customer service number.
  1. Reloads and Top-ups:
    • Gift Cards are not reloadable.
  1. Redemption:
    • The Gift Card may only be used for the purchase of goods and services at any of our stores.
    • It cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
  1. Balance Inquiry:
    • Check your Gift Card balance at any participating Wingside stores or by calling our customer service at 08090191999. You would only be required to provide your gift card number.
  1. Lost or Stolen Cards:
    • Protect your Gift Card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
    • Kindly report lost or stolen cards to Wingside customer service immediately. Wingside is not responsible for unauthorized Gift Card use.
  1. Expiration:
    • Gift cards are valid for 3 months after they have been activated.
  1. No Refunds:
    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
  1. Restrictions:
    • The Gift Card cannot be used on any active promotions or discounts.
  1. Governing Law:
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  1. Changes to Terms:
    • Wingside reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website.
